Dough Balls – Preparation

Instructions:

Method 1: Thaw in sealed container under refrigeration overnight. Remove and let rest at room temperature for 2 hours. Use flour to hand stretch and prepare as desire. For best results use a hot oven.

Method 2: Remove from freezer and thaw in a sealed container for 3-4 hours at room temperature. Use flour to hand stretch dough and prepare as desired. For best results use a hot oven.

Pizza

Instructions:

Completely thaw pizza. Heat Oven to 500-550 F

Place on a pan in hot oven and cook 3-5 Minutes . Ovens may vary.

Calzone

Instructions:

Completely thaw Calzone. Heat Oven to 400 F

Place on a pan in hot oven and cook until heated through. Approximately 5 Minutes . Ovens may vary.

Pasta

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of Water to boil. Add desired salt.

Add frozen Pasta to boiling water, stir and cook until desired tenderness. (2-5 min).

Drain and add the cooked pasta to your favourite sauce.

Stir together over high heat for 1-2 minutes to combine flavours.

Add a small amount of pasta water if the sauce becomes to dry.

Ravioli

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of Water to boil. Add desired salt.

Add frozen Ravioli to boiling water, stir and cook until desired tenderness. (5-7 min).

Drain and add the cooked ravioli to your favourite sauce.

Stir together over high heat for 1-2 minutes to combine flavours.

Add a small amount of pasta water if the sauce becomes to dry.

Lasagna

Instructions:

Thawed Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375 F and cook covered for approximately 45 minutes.

Uncover and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes until golden.

Cook to internal temperature 74 C (165F)- Ovens may vary.
