All of our pasta is made with quality ingredients, and then quick frozen to maintain quality and freshness. If stored properly it can stay fresh in your freezer for up to 18 months!

    What We Do

    As a small, family run facility, we take pride in quality and in tradition. We use truly authentic recipes; some handed down from generation to generation, some from “la nonna” (grandmother), and others from experienced Italian chefs.  Our goal is to bring a little taste of Italy to southern Saskatchewan.
